How can I claim my dividends?

Please bring your Service ID to the nearest branch or extension office.

For online applications, please EMAIL the following to AFPMBAI Customer Service at mail@afpmbai.ph.

1. Signed Dividend Request Form

2. Service ID

3. ATM (front side only) with 3 specimen signatures

4. Selfie pic with your Service ID and ATM (to prevent fraudulent claims)

    Sa mga nagi-inquire tungkol sa kanilang dividends:

    May Policy Dividends po kada taon ang inyong Insurance Policy kung umabot na ito ng 4th policy anniversary at kung ito po ay Permanent Insurance (earns Cash Values starting on the 3rd year) at Participating Policy (entitled to receive Policy Dividends).

    Kabilang sa mga policies na may dividend payouts ay ang E-56, College Education Plan, 10-Year Endowment, at 10-15 Saver's Protection Plus. Wala pong dividends ang Loans at MBAI Protek Basic Insurance.

    Nag file po ako nang maturity claim sa e56 at iprotek last august 10 2024 nagretire po ako july15 2024,, bakit until now almost 4 months wala pa rin ang aking claim,, thank you po
