How can I claim my dividends?

Please bring your Service ID to the nearest branch or extension office.

For online applications, please EMAIL a signed Dividend Request Form, along with your Service ID and ATM (front side only) with 3 specimen signatures, to Customer Service at mail@afpmbai.ph. To prevent fraudulent applications, please email also a selfie pic with your Service ID and ATM.

    Sa mga nagi-inquire tungkol sa kanilang dividends:

    May Policy Dividends po kada taon ang inyong Insurance Policy kung umabot na ito ng 4th policy anniversary at kung ito po ay Permanent Insurance (earns Cash Values starting on the 3rd year) at Participating Policy (entitled to receive Policy Dividends).

    Kabilang sa mga policies na may dividend payouts ay ang E-56, College Education Plan, 10-Year Endowment, at 10-15 Saver's Protection Plus. Wala pong dividends ang Loans at MBAI Protek Basic Insurance.
