You are entitled to receive Policy Dividends if you purchased a participating insurance policy, such as a College Education Plan, Saver’s Protection Plus (10-15 Endowment Plan), and 10-Year Endowment Plan. Dividends are paid out yearly and start on the 4th policy anniversary.

Good Day. I hope you can address my concern.
Nagsubmit ako ng Cash Surrender Form in your Bacolod Branch last 08 August 2023. Bumalik ako today 07 Sept 2023 to have an update sa transaction ko. Sadly after 1 month since nasubmit ko ang form wala pa din nangyari. Andun pa din sa opisina nila. Ang dahilan naka leave ang in charge na personnel. Grabe naman po yan. 1 month na wala pa din nangyari. I also did an email, text and call sa mga numbers ng office ninyo peri wala din sumasagot. Nakakadismaya lang po na pinapahirapan ninyo ang inyong member. At kung alam niyo lang kung gaanu kalayo ang unit assignment namin sa opisina ninyo para personal na mag update kasi hindi kami masagot sa tawag, text at email.
