When can I claim my Maturity Benefit?

You can claim your Maturity Benefit equal to the Face Amount of your plan on the Maturity Date of the Policy.

For E-56 Retirement Plan, this benefit can be claimed at Age 56 of the member-policyholder.

For MBAI Achiever educational plan, the Maturity Benefit can be claimed by the member-policyowner when the child-insured reaches 18 years old.

For Endowment Plans (e.g. Saver's Protection Plus, 10-Year Endowment Plan), this benefit can be claimed at the end of the endowment period (e.g. after 10 years for a 10-Year Endowment Plan; after 15 years for the Saver's Protection Plus).

For Whole Life plans (i.e. 20-Pay Whole Life), there is a maturity benefit equal to the face amount when the policyholder reaches age 100.

    Kindly visit any nearest branch to claim the proceeds and please bring the requirements or you could file your claim online.
     
    Para sa pag-claim ng Maturity Benefit online, paki-email (mail@afpmbai.ph) ang mga pictures ng:
     
    1. Policy Contract (Notarized Affidavit of Loss in lieu of lost Contract)
     
    2. Service ID with three (3) Specimen signatures (back to back), Latest Payslip, and ATM (front part - pls write ATM numbers);
     
    3. Fully filled up Living Benefit Form, Release Waiver and Quit Claim (Notarized) plus Authorization to Deposit. Download the Living Benefit Form at https://afpmbai.com.ph/afpmbai-forms/
    4. Close-up selfie picture holding BOTH your ID and ATM (required for online transactions).
     
    Reminder po to affix ang signatures and thumbmarks sa mga forms so as not to cause the delay in processing.

    I cannot personnelly claim the matured college plan of my son due to work issue, ca my wife claimed it on my behalf. What's the rqrmnts needed? Thank you

    Jumercon Elpedes Sir, puede naman mag-FILE ang inyong spouse pero the documentary requirements and ATM account for deposit ay nakapangalan pa rin sa inyo as the Policyholder. 

    REQUIREMENTS FOR MATURITY BENEFIT CLAIM:
     
    1. Policy Contract (Notarized Affidavit of Loss in lieu of lost Contract) -- this can be requested for re-issuance at the branch also
     
    2. Service ID with three (3) Specimen signatures (back to back), Latest Payslip, and ATM (front part - pls write ATM numbers);
     
    3. Fully filled up Living Benefit Form, Release Waiver and Quit Claim (Notarized) plus Authorization to Deposit. Download the Living Benefit Form at https://afpmbai.com.ph/afpmbai-forms/
