ELIGIBILITY AND FEATURES

• For members with active Permanent Insurance Plan, MBAI Protek
• Purpose: For the schooling of members or their dependents, regardless of school level and number of grantees
• P100,000 maximum loanable amount with an interest rate of 6.0% per year
• Payment term: Payable in 36 months
• Renewable after 6 months of full monthly payment

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Application Form
• Service/AFPMBAI ID
• Enlistment Order/Re-enlistment Order
• Willingness to Re-enlist if ETE/Date of Discharge expires w/in 2 years
• Updated Statement of Service (Officers)
• Latest Payslip
• Civilian employees:

         – Certificate of Employment

         – Permanent Order (Civil Service Commission)

For PAF:

• Certificate of Non-pending Case from the Provost Marshal • Wife’s Consent
• Wife’s Government-issued ID

For PN:

• Original Latest Payslips for three (3) consecutive months
• OTNA Clearance (Centralized at PN Fort Bonifacio)

For PA:

• Application Form should be endorsed by CO and Finance
• DLO Clearance

For PNP/BFP:

• Updated Certificate of Non-pending Case (valid for 30 days only)
• Updated Service Record (and Permanent Appointment Order– KSS Attestation for new PNP and BFP graduates/trainees)
• For BFP, Service ID and one (1) Government-issued ID

For BJMP:

• Application Form should be signed by Personnel and Records Management, Legal Service Office, and Chief Finance Service Office

For PCG:

• Original Latest Payslips for three (3) consecutive months with serial number
• Updated Certificate of Non-pending Case from CGIAS (valid for 30 days only)

 For BUCOR:

• Permanent Order
• Latest Payslips for three (3) consecutive months
• Certificate of Non-pending Case
• Service Record

 For PDEA:

• Permanent Order
• Original Latest Payslips for three (3) consecutive months
• Certificate of Non-pending Case from Administration
• Finance Certificate
