MBAI Achiever is an affordable educational plan for your child age 0-11 years old (your nieces, nephews, and grandchildren are also eligible for enrolment).

The plan matures on the 18th birthday of the Child-Insured in time for his/her college education. With its built-in Payor's Clause, the premiums will be waived in case the Member-Payor passes away or becomes totally and permanently disabled. 

To apply, you can download the Application for Insurance Form at bit.ly/AFPMBAIForms, completely fill out, and submit to the nearest branch office with your Service ID or National ID.
