If your Insurance Application’s requirements are complete, it will be processed by Underwriting at AFPMBAI’s Head Office in Quezon City where the Association’s medical director is reporting. On the other hand, if it has incomplete information, it will be returned to you through the Insurance Representative who handled your application.

Hello po! I sent emails regarding inquiry of the status of my accident insurance claim transpired on Dec 23, 2024. I submitted the requirements at AFSMBAI Dumaguete City Branch last January 2025. I also sent follow up emails but until now I didn’t received response regarding my inquiry. Pls update me, salamat
